Terms and Conditions
Please arrive at least 10minutes before your class start time.
Students will be allowed into class up to 5 minutes after the start time. If you do arrive late please enter the class quickly and as quietly as possible to minimise disruption to other students.
All students are required to agree to the studio’s waiver before attending class.
You may cancel your class within 3 hours of the class start time, one class credit will be returned to your account, this credit is valid for 28 days.
If you cancel within 3 hours of the class start time then you will lose your class credit.
Class Passes + First Class + First Month
Pass validity begins on the day of purchase.
Class passes cannot be shared and purchases cannot be transferred to other students.
Valid for classes only - not for courses, workshops or events.
We cannot offer extensions - except in extenuating circumstances.
Payments are non refundable
Class pricing options can only be used for classes (not workshops, events or courses)
Memberships cannot be shared.
You must have up to date, valid card details on your account
We can only accept automatic card payments for memberships, we cannot accept cash or cheque.
Memberships are valid for classes only, not courses, workshops or events.
We cannot offer extensions or refunds for unused credits.
We require 2 weeks notice for membership cancellations.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 weeks of your next payment (which will always be on the 1st of the month) to cancel your membership.
We cannot offer suspensions. If you are going away and wish to stop your membership temporarily then please request a cancellation and sign up again when you’re ready to come back to class.
